Exceptional leaders chart a course with a vision and a mission. Successful organizations have a shared vision and values, a clear strategic path and consistency between the vision and the reality of how the company is being run. Visionary leaders create the vision, articulate it to their people, and translate it into action. This process assures that people’s visions and goals are aligned, allowing them to experience a sense of trust and shared purpose.
