Poor: Stubbornly dug in on own viewpoint, uncompromiosing, always right,
never wrong.
Excellent: Galvanizes actions - recognizes he/she needs the team, and lets each member know where
they stand. Team members vigorously support his/her programs.
Poor: Lax or no leadership initiated. Reacts rather than acts. Poor or
reluctant support of programs.
Excellent: Knows their responsibilities. No overlapping of responsibilities.
Provides structure to accomplish team goals.
Poor: Unclear definition of responsibilities, overlapping and Poorly
delegated responsibilities.
Excellent: Did their homework. Research was thorough, especially as it affects other
team members.
Poor: Team held up for lack of participant's preparation. Consistentlt dropped
the ball.
Excellent: Lives by the ground rules and procedures. Functions smoothly, works with
the team.
Poor: Absence of order, operates on their own rules, progresses from crises
to crises.
Excellent: Tops in their own field. Members have confidence in participant and can rely
on performance.
Poor: Mediocre "Class C" player - not interested in becoming "Class A."
Excellent: Participant rallies to the goals. Goals clearly defined in his/her mind.
Poor: Lack of awareness of, or resistence to, team goals - no team spirit.
Excellent: An atitude of action and momentum, suggests obvious steps to forward the
goals.
Poor: Dead in the water - everything is a drag attitude.
Individual Average (AVG)
The average of all the above 10 rankings for each individual.
Individual Mode (MODE)
The MODE (the most frequently occuring ranking value) of all 10 criteria for each individual.
Team averages
The average of all the team members is calculted for each of the 10 criteria.
