Leadershp
Self Assessment

Leadership Self/Other Assessment is a complete way of looking at yourself-from your own perspective and from the perspective of others-a 360 degree look at your leadership strengths and potential. This assessment will give you vital information about what you are doing well and suggest opportunities for improvement This questionnaire is your SELF ASSESSMENT. It provides you with an opportunity to assess your performance as a leader, as a valuable member of the organization. The following questions relate to the Nine Behaviors of Leadership we believe are necessary for effective leadership. Please answer the questions in relationship to the past two or three months and answer them realistically. Be honest and direct about your current behavior. Do not answer them in terms of how you should be managing. Your scores of yourself will be part of the final report. To complete the full 360 assessment, please ask 10 to 12 people who work with you to complete the online Leadership OTHER ASSESSMENT which follows this one on the Web Page. Choose individuals who will be honest, whose opinions you respect. They could be direct reports, superiors, management peers. Their scores, as a group on each item, will be placed next to your score, so you can compare your own assessment with others' perceptions of you.
