People often have a natural aptitude for either management or leadership, however, we believe that either of these skills can be learned and perfected. The Management/Leadership Assessment Scale is designed to help identity where your current strengths are and, based on future goals, to plan where to focus training and skill development.

Used alone, the Assessment Scale provides a snapshot of your management skills versus your leadership skills. In order to maximize the value of this tool we recommend using it in conjunction with our other online assessments such as the DISC Profile and our 360° Degree Feedback Program . By utilizing a broad range of assessments you can develop a comprehensive picture of your current leadership and management skills and then use this information to design an effective personal development program.
