Leaders are usually recognized by their body language and presence. Their energy and authority inspires others. This presence is the core of the Ninth Leadership Behavior™: Passion for Work. While it is often assumed that passion is charisma, a natural trait that can’t be learned, our work has shown otherwise. This module focuses on developing these key leadership abilities.
This passion includes two primary qualities. First, it looks at communicating with energy and role-modeling authority, thus increasing leadership presence through style. Next it focuses on communicating a message clearly by sharpening the focus and organization of the message, assuring that things get done.
