| Exceptional leaders understand that
team resources are more than the sum of individual members and that
successful teamwork results in new ideas and new resources. Successful
teams mean a stronger organization and a shared vision is key to
accomplishing team goals.
While almost everyone works with some form of team on a regular basis, almost everyone has some problem working with some team members. This module clarifies what teams are and looks at how teams should work together. By expanding the definition of teamwork it is possible to look at various relationships in terms of team concepts and thus to value each individuals contribution to the team itself. |
