360 Profiles in Leadership, Management, Mentoring, and Customized 360° Forms 

A 360 Profile provides a full-circle view of your abilities and management style by gathering information from various perspectives:
    from your Self
    from Others (direct reports --boss and peers)
Often called a Self/Other Assessment, the profile provides a more balanced overview than self evaluation or peer / supervisor review. And the guaranteed anonymity for the others completing the report ensures that ratings and comments are fair as well as behavior based.

In all three of our 360, competencies are highlighted so that strengths can be enhanced. Development needs are also identified, making appropriate training and actions plans easier to develop in order to inititiate positive change. The Profiles stimulate greater commitment to personal growth, and help to develop more effective leadership and management skills.
